How is work going?

Stage 1

A task for you and live or remote consultation

Before the meeting, general questions for each room are sent to you so that you save time and don't have to answer in a hurry, and you will also have time to think and search for interior design examples you like. During the meeting or online call, I will ask you questions that will help you find out what your expectations, priorities and lifestyle are, your vision and interior ideas and color scheme. Maybe you have your favorite things (souvenirs, paintings, etc.) that should be incorporated into your interior.

Interior design proposal

We prepare a design contract, project scope, and work schedule. After analyzing your technical task, I will create a model of your object and, after compiling 2-3 different layout options, I will send it in a presentation format, which includes 2D drawings and 3D (volumetric) images. Pzoning of premises with furniture arrangement, lighting stylistic solution, presentation of ideas and concepts, creation of a 3D image of the premises

Technical interior design

Demolition/construction wall plan, functional zoning and furniture layout plan, electrical installation plan, lighting plan, plumbing layout plan, tile layout plan, etc.

Selection of finishing materials and furniture

Based on the jointly approved interior concept, I will select materials and specific furniture. You will receive this information in a presentation format, where you will find links to the specified products and the necessary color codes. After your consultation, taking into account the discussed scope of work, we will prepare a detailed design price offer.

Authorial supervision of the project

Constant communication with the persons performing the work and the work manager. Correction of project drawings. Inspection of the main works performed. Visiting the object 2 times a month

The client's role in the workflow

Participation in the creative process

Our clients can choose to be as involved in the creative process as they like. We work directly with clients and collaborate with talented, hand-picked architects, landscapers, artisans, tradesmen and suppliers to create spaces that blend with their surroundings and reflect our clients’ personalities.

We discuss the working principle individually with each client. Often, a model is chosen when the client is willing to participate in the process, then we provide guidelines for the selection of products and materials, which make it easier to navigate when choosing specific items and finishing materials.

It is also possible that we will select everything for you ourselves and prepare the final concept of a coordinated interior project for you. We cooperate with a number of finishing materials, furniture, interior accessories, etc. salons, which can offer our clients significant discounts, but, of course, you can choose yourself where to purchase all this. Materials, interior elements and accessories, furniture are selected according to a pre-agreed budget, a negotiated price level. We can also fully furnish your home with our partner decorators.

The initial project preparation period is tentatively 4-6 weeks, the following stages are approximately 1.5-2 weeks long. We plan the stages' terms and the number of visits more precisely during the meeting. The terms can be negotiated.
